Phase I

The first phase of The District is located at the northwest corner of Justin Road (FM 407) and Briarhill Boulevard is now open and offering new leasing opportunities.  It is comprised of 17,000 square feet of lifestyle retail shops on the first floor and 16,000 square feet of Class A Professional Office space above the retail.  Each retail suite will have access availability on FM 407 to the south and The District of Highland Village’s very own Main Street to the north.  All retail and office suites have maximum visibility from FM 407.

This phase will consist of an additional 13,000 square feet of specialty retail shops and eateries, a 5,000 square foot stand alone restaurant and 13,000 square feet of professional office space.
